Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because shipping across the Solomon Islands depends on Solomon Airlines Cargo Service, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase if:

• The item is unused and in original packaging

• You have a valid receipt or order number

• The item is not a final-sale or clearance product

Please note that returns are subject to flight availability and cargo schedules via Solomon Airlines.

Return Shipping

Customers in Munda or Noro may return products directly to our store.

For other provinces, items must be sent using Solomon Airlines Cargo Service only.

Solomon Pro may cover one-way return freight in approved cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for freight charges.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email or phone call (depending on the contact details provided at checkout).

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method or store credit, as applicable.

Exchanges

If an exchange is requested and stock is available, we’ll dispatch the replacement via the next available Solomon Airlines flight to your destination.

Final Sale Items

Certain collections (such as clearance or special-order products) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

These will be clearly marked as Final Sale on our website.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us immediately.

We will work with Solomon Airlines Cargo to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
