Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).
Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the following business day.
Domestic Shipping (Solomon Islands)
All deliveries are made exclusively through Solomon Airlines Cargo Service, which provides reliable and efficient transport across the Solomon Islands.
Typical delivery times:
• Munda / Noro: 1–2 days
• Gizo / Honiara: 3–5 days
• Outer Provinces: 5–10 days (subject to flight schedules and weather conditions)
✈ Next-Day Delivery to Honiara
Available for most small and medium parcels via Solomon Airlines, depending on aircraft load, flight schedule, and weather.
At this time, Solomon Pro does not provide international shipping directly from the Solomon Islands.

Pickup Option
Local pickup is available at our Munda retail shop.
Select “Pickup” at checkout — you’ll receive an SMS or email when your order is ready for collection.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight.
All freight is charged at the standard Solomon Airlines cargo rate, plus minimal handling and packaging costs.
We strive to provide the most affordable and reliable delivery service throughout the Solomon Islands.
Tracking and Delivery
A cargo reference number will be provided once your order has been dispatched with Solomon Airlines.
Please ensure your recipient name, phone number, and destination airport are accurate to prevent delays in collection.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately.
We will liaise directly with the Solomon Airlines Cargo Office to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
